Letter from CMD

On behalf of board of Directors I am pleased to welcome you in a friendly, innovative, motivated, visionary family of Zensar Health care. It all started with a Vision. We are working towards our Vision with full enthusiasm, value, innovation and commitment. As a result today, Zensar Health care. has already made its presence felt in the arena of the pharmaceutical world what could be termed as emerging giant.

We, the members of the Zensar Health care, pledge to act with integrity at all times, especially when facing difficulties or challenges. ”Integrity” refers to our compliance with the highest ethical standards, our fairness and honesty in conducting every activity, and our perseverance in pursuing the ideal forms for our operations and management. Through the demonstration of these qualities, we show our commitment to building trust and confidence in all the people around us, and our determination
to continue to expand the business. These empower our progress in our global endeavors to fulfill our mission to “strive toward better health for individuals and progress in medicine by developing superior pharmaceutical products.”

The company has created three central themes in its Management Policy. The first is an aggressive development of new products, new services and new systems to create new markets. The second is the promotion of globalization, aggressively developing businesses in the overseas markets. The third is management of a company where every employee participates completely, and every cell in the company is fully active. A thorough implementation of these three management policies will be the key to carrying us on to the next stag. We always welcome new ideas and innovation from our employees and associates. We understand that ideas are no body’s property.

Innovation: But how does one define innovation. Apple’s steve job put it rather succinctly when Apple’s Mac become a success. He said “Innovation has nothing to do with how many R&D dollars you have. When apple came up with Mac, IBM was spending at least 100 times more on R&D. It is not about money. It is about the people you have, how you are lead, and how much you get it “

This we believe in Zensar Health care too, the reason of our success is our people. It is about our employees and associates who  have propelled us on this growth path and  will continue  to be the driving force. However, let me clear an apprehension that most of us would have-innovation, does not and need not happen only in R&D. It should be all-pervasive.

To put it simply, it is about creating “something extra-ordinary from ordinary”. So if a junior employee makes a change in store
that can make even a marginal improvement in productivity then that is innovation.
